He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Lee Cook and Felix Fanning. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his son Wayne (Kate); his grandchildren, William and Amelia; and his brother Danny Fanning.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (435 Court St, Reading, PA 19601).
