He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon R. Hoch and Estella M. Hoch (Rhoads); and his siblings, Robert Hoch, Ruth Hauer, Catherine "Kitty" Dalby and Doris Brown.
He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn E. Hoch (Schuman); his children, Lisa J. Hoch of Reading and John C. Hoch (Pamela Hoch) of York; his grandchildren, Zachary Hoch (Alicia Hoch) and Alexander Hoch (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Oliver James Hoch and Adalynn Grace Hoch.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to RHS Squires Basketball Club 1024 Daisy Drive, Temple, PA 19560 in memory of Mr. Earl R. Hoch.
