It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Nelson Diaz of Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Segundo Diaz. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Ocasio; and his siblings, Edgar Sullivan, Segundo (Eiko Diaz), Okinawa and Saralina (Angel Soto). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID pandemic, family is requesting that everyone wear masks.
