He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchild Poppop; his wife Nancy Kramer; his children, David Kramer, Jr. (Patricia), Kyle, Elizabeth (Ally) of Reading, PA, Alex of Exeter, PA, Patricia Greene (Ken) of Austin, TX, Kenneth, Jr., Kevin, Shaun of Los Angeles, CA and Laurette (Jeff); his grandchildren, Megan of State College, PA and Taylor of State College, PA; his brother-in-law Richard Phenegar; his great grandchildren, Sammantha and Vivian; his great great grandchild Mia; his sisters, Marion (Charles Kline) of Strausstown, PA, Barbara Wolfe of Hamburg, PA and Lorraine Coller (Upper Bern Township); his cousin Curt Daub; and his siblings' children, Dennis Hartz, Timmy Kramer and Connie Graef. He was also cherished by children and grandchildren.
