He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Ann Duggan (Pfaffman); his parents, Edward Duggan and Catherine Duggan (Rowe); his son Jeffrey E. Duggan; and his siblings, Peter Duggan and Mary Stankiewicz.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher P. Duggan of Reading, Timothy G. Duggan of Reading and Lori (Scott Weiser) of Oley; his grandchildren, Daniel, Katie, Joseph and Paula; and his great grandchild Luke.
