She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Mathis and Blanch Mathis (Mobley); her sons, William Leon Mathis and Charles Mathis; and her sister Pauline Butler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maude E. Butler of Reading, PA and Barbara J. Sims of Reading, PA. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
