He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert J. Sr.; and his brothers, Raymond, Lee and Ralph. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley J. Shuman (Seidel); his parent Carrie A. Shuman (Shade); his children, Gregory A. Shuman of Reading and Cheryl L. Schell (David); and his brother Robert of Blandon. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
