He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Christina Vasquez and Pedro Pagan. He is survived by: his spouse Yahaira Y. Pagan (Martinez) of Reading; his children, Erica Pagan of New York, Lilianna Pagan of Reading, Heriberto Pagan of Reading and Carlos Pagan of Reading; and his siblings, Marilyn Marquez of Connecticut, Pedro Pagan of Puerto Rico and Danny Pagan of Connecticut. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
