He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mengle and Eva Mengle (Koch); and his former wife Amelia. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mengle (Gross); and his stepchildren, Chris Planer (Beth), Matthew Planer (Gina) and Jill Extract (Gary).
