She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gilmore and Joann Gilmore (Behm); and her brother Patrick C. Gilmore. She is survived by: her spouse James A. Billman; her daughters, Charlie-Jo Billman and Felicia M. Billman of North Carolina; her grandson Kaden Wentzel; her sister Cristi M. Heck-Miller (Jeff Miller) of Mohnton; her nephew Shawn P. Heck of Sinking Spring; and her mother-in-law Sherry M. Slichter (Ronald M. Slichter) of Reading.
