He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dobbins and Evelyn Dobbins (Hetrich); and his daughter Jan K. Collins (Dobbins). He is survived by: his spouse Gail A. Dobbins (Gift); his children, Beth A. Dobbins of Spring Township and Mitchell Dobbins of Reading; his grandchildren, Evin, Maci, Zachary, Matthew and Elizabeth; and his sisters, Patricia Snyder (Dobbins) of Ontelaunee Township and Bonnie Mintzer (Dobbins).
The family respectfully asks that all in attendance wear masks.
