He is survived by: his wife Leah M. Hoffman (Hess); his grandmother Holder (Charles "Chuck") of Reading; his son David Fager of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jordan, Peter and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Taylor, Dylan, Camden and Carter.
