He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Mackey and Marie Mackey; and his former wife R. Kathryn Romano. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Kathryn Mackey; his son-in-law Ian Shumard; his grandchildren, Jackson, Dylan and Kylie Grace; and his siblings, Rev. Peter, Timothy (Susan), Phillip (Jane) and Mary Susan (Tom). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
