It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph C. Stoyer of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Stoyer (Mulholland) and Elwood Stoyer. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Johnson, Sandra Filek, Patricia Long and William Stoyer; and his close friend Linda A. Ressler.
