She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Warker Sr.; her parents, James Hackett and Florence Hackett (Dietrich); and her brothers, William, James and John.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Troutman (Bill), Charles (Shirley), Christopher (Joanne) and Kevin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
