She was predeceased by: her parent Paul D.. She is survived by: her spouse Richard J. Clay; her parent Ruth E. Hartline (Hain); her daughter Susan M.; her spouse Alan M. Ehrlich of Lincoln Park; and her brother Paul Hartline of Alabama.
