He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey H. Moyer and Viola Moyer Bartholomew (Kemp); and his siblings, Robert Moyer, Earl Moyer and Gloria Gamler.
He is survived by: his wife Fern Edith Moyer (Gamler); his sons, Gene R. Moyer (Shirley R. Dierolf) of Ruscombmanor Township, Perry L. (Darlene C. Moyer) of Washington Township and Barry R. (Debra Moyer) of Rockland Township; his grandchildren, Scott (Jennifer Moyer), Stacy Moyer, Clay Moyer and Ben Moyer; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Evan and Aaron Moyer; and his brother Ernest (Dolores Haas) of Ruscombmanor Township.
