He was predeceased by: his parents, John Laurence and Antoinette; and his siblings, Stanley Shipp, Lauretta Hildebrandt, Lavera Shipp and Richard Shipp.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Skye; his children, Laura Humphrey-Bunn, John Raymond Shipp and Ramona Woods; his grandchildren, Antonio Woods, Alexandra Bunn, Tucker Shipp, Colin Shipp and Marcus Woods; and his brother Lawrence Shipp.
