He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hoffman and Catharine Hoffman (Brice); and his siblings, Luther Hoffman and Dorothy Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hoffman (Reith); and his daughters, Deborah Williams of Harrisburg, Lori Wade (Daniel) of Muhlenberg Township, Karen Lent (Scott) of New York City and Kathleen Martin (Christopher) of Lexington, NC. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
