He was predeceased by: his spouse JoAnne Levan (Shalter); his parents, Harold M. Levan and Helen M. Levan (Heffner); and his daughter-in-law Diane Levan. He is survived by: his children, Lee H. Levan (Wyomissing), Mary Ann Levan (Joseph Ycas), John R. Levan (Wernersville), Deke Swisher (Marisa), Rhonda Levan-Foster (Glenn Foster) and Mark Brady (Melissa). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
