He was predeceased by: his wife Fern D. Harner (Reazor); his parents, William E. Harner Sr. and Pearl Harner (Schaeffer); and his siblings, Louise Trainer, Joyce Weidenbaugh, Marvin Harner, Reverend William Harner and Merle Harner.
He is survived by: his children, Robert C. Harner (Elizabeth), Randy L. Harner, Valerie J. Spencer (Todd B.), Janis L. Good (Kevin O.) and Charlene M. Perone (Daniel T.); and his brother David Harner (Barbara) of Pine Forge, PA. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
