He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Bukovsky and Anna M. Bukovsky (Straka); and his sister Judy Bilski. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia A. Bukovsky (Napiecek); his brother Dennis Bukovsky (JoAnn DeWire); his nephew Michael J. Bukovsky; and his nieces, Melissa Bilski and Erica Rappold.
