He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin M. Dorn and Gladys J. Dorn (Hassler); and his daughter Teresa L. Dorn. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Dorn (Cocks); his son Mitchell S. Dorn; and his close friend Jennifer Busch of Wernersville.
