He was predeceased by: his parent Jewel Polityka (Krause). He is survived by: his parent Leo Polityka; his spouse Susan L. Polityka (Angstadt); his siblings, Patricia Stuart of Safford, Barbara, Robert Polityka of Reading and Richard Polityka of Reading; his nieces and nephews, Michael Stuart, Jeffrey Broad, Matthew Polityka, Erica Kula, Dawn Kula and Steven Broad; and his brother-in-law Gary C. Angstadt.
