It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Cullen (Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce E. Cullen (Brown); and his parents, John Cullen and May M. Cullen (Heath). He is survived by: his children, Scott R. Cullen of Pine Grove, PA, Karen A. Knowles of Leesport, PA and Arthur W. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren; 37 Great Grandchildren.
