He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence R. Wilhelm (Gottshall) and Edgar J. Wilhelm; his former wives, Violet M. Wilhelm (Ziegler) and Marie Wilhelm (Angstadt); his children, James E. Wilhelm and Barbara M. Wilhelm; his grandson Jamie L. Smith; and his brother Willbur Wilhelm.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda A. (John Zielinski) of Shillington, Patricia J. (Joseph Adamczyk) of Mohnton and Cathy L. (Steve Steffe) of Leesport. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
