She was predeceased by: her parents, Hellmuth Liss and Ella Liss (Pfeiffer); and her siblings, Gottfried M. F. Liss and Maria J. B. Engelhardt. She is survived by: her siblings, Johannes (late Ingrid Liss), Hellmuth (Cathy Liss), Johanna (George Reed) and Elisabeth (late James Lebo). She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; 17 great-nieces and nephews; 3 great-great-nieces and nephews.
