He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester H. Irwin and Anna M. Irwin (Stoyer); and his brothers, Larry C. and Kerry J. Irwin. He is survived by: his daughter Colleen J. Irwin; his close friends, Justin A. Foster and Keri Ann Irwin (Eric Hughes); his granddaughters, Kayley M. Hughes and Kelsie L. Hughes; and his sister Jill (Samuel E. Yoder) of Shoemakersville. He is also survived by his father and other family members.
