She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Futej (Pieja) and Andrew Futej; and her husband Lawrence H. Clay. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Shunk of Wyomissing, Patricia Remp of Allentown, Salvalyne Barrett of Sinking Spring, Glenn Chille (Kim Chille) of North Carolina, Robert Chille (Patricia Chille) of Lewes Delaware and Salvatore Chille, Jr. (Katherine Chille) of Mansfield; and her siblings, Dorothy Lamonik and Robert Futej of West Lawn, PA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
