He is survived by: his wife Anna P. Harkness (Peluso); his son Thomas M. Harkness (Vickie); his granddaughters, Courtney Harkness (Scott Downes) of Reading and Lauren Harkness of Reading; and his great grandchildren, Dawson and Brayden Downes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
