He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Loeper and Elizabeth Loeper (Sergeant); and his brothers-in-law, Ed Mautz and Lee Ehrgood. He is survived by: his spouse Karen A. Loeper (Ehrgood); his children, Andrew (Kara) of Mt. Penn, Ryan D. (Kristina K.) of Robeson and Heather Grebe (Don); and his siblings, Richard S. of Sinking Spring, Mary Frances (Earl Sheetz) of Exeter and Donna M. (Edward McLean) of Muhlenberg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
