He was predeceased by: his parent Helen McNeal (Williamson); and his siblings, Mary Clemmer and Charles. He is survived by: his parent William B. McNeal; his children, Beverly Youse, Sandra Borrell and John McNeal of Fleetwood; and his sister Emily Hood of Ephrata. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
