It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Sockel (Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony W. Sockel and Anna Sockel (Impink); and his wife Theresa Sockel (Szczepanski). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's memory may be sent to the office of St. Catharine of Siena Church, 2427 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606.
