She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wagner and Annie Saltzer Wagner; her husband Cletus; her son Lee Fetter; her granddaughter Mary Anne Fetter; and her siblings, Allen, Wayne, Clair, Russell Wagner, Verna Smeltz, Grace Masser, Edna Rabuck and Elva Christine.
She is survived by: her sons, Kerry (Betty) and Dale Fetter (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Linda Fetter, Karin Cole (Todd), Kara Duncan (Shawn), Gwen Fetter, Jeremi Fetter (Melissa), Stephanie Stiely (Jessie), Jeremy White and Charles White (Sally). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandsons.
