He was predeceased by : his parents, John S. Amspacher and Iva Amspacher (Stiles). He is survived by : his wife Nancy Amspacher (Kyle); his sister Almeda of York; his children, Dennis, Rosalyn, Suzanne and BettyLou (Richard); his grandchildren, Trisha (Scott), Klayton (Amanda), Blanton (Lindsey) and Clint (Kim); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Rowan, Jaron, Kieran, Makenna, Wyatt and Aden. He is also survived by his family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Burnell's memory may be sent to Adamsville UMC, 81 N. Main St., Yoe, PA 17313, c/o Christ UMC/Burnell Memorial Contribution.
