We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023, at the age of 94, Roy R. Fisher (Red Lion, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his brother Clyde Fisher. He is survived by : his wife Linda J. Fisher (McCleary); his children, Robert M. "Bob" Fisher (Elizabeth) of Shrewsbury and Whitney J. Torbert (Richard A. Torbert, Jr.) of Red Lion; his grandchildren, Michael, Abigail Fisher and Riley Torbert; and his brothers, Merle Fisher of New Oxford and Lester Fisher of Red Lion. He is also survived by niece; and nephews.
