She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jr. Ross and Betty Ross (Snyder); and her brother Harry Ross. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Arndt; her daughter Tabitha Newton (Gregory) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Lauren and Tyson Newton; her great grandchildren, Ashur, Olivia and Tolvi Newton; and her siblings, Nancy Williams of Burnham and Harold Ross (Christine) of Lewistown.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel AME Church (23 S Juniata St, Lewistown, PA 17044).
