He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton M. McKnight, Sr. and Mildred G. McKnight (Harbst); his brother Bryan T. McKnight; his granddaughter Meranda McKnight; his great grandchild Mason Lucas; his brother Hilton M. "Mick" McKnight, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Bowersox, Donata and Belinda McKnight.
He is survived by: his wife Inez Louise McKnight (Treaster); his children, Diane L. Damicantonio (Jeffrey) of Naginey, Laura Ann Hannon (Reid) of Lewistown, Kenneth L. McKnight, Jr. (Wendy) of Shrader, Mark A. McKnight of Granville, Brian K. McKnight (Gina) of McClure, Daniel W. McKnight (Sue LeFevre) of Burnham and Robert E. McKnight (Kristie) of Reedsville; his grandchildren, Michael Lucas, Anthony Damicantonio, Nathan Collins, Brittany Tate, Ashley Kosman, Danielle Gaisior, Mark McKnight, Jr., Angela Birch, Dani Moist, Cody McKnight, Lindsey Fortuna, Beth McKnight, Austin McKnight and Logan McKnight; and his siblings, David J. McKnight (Dorothy), Gail A. Packard (Donald), Larry A. McKnight (Brenda), Keith R. McKnight (Helen), Steven A. McKnight (Cindy), Kathleen D. McKnight, Audrey E. Bowersox, Jeffrey L. McKnight, Karen S. Campbell (Jim), Daryl S. McKnight and Phyllis B. Rose (Ric). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
