He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe, Sr. Mitchem and Elva Mitchem (O'Dell); and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his children, Russell Mitchem (Gloria), Rachel Mitchem Jones (David) and Audrey Mitchem Garner (Curt); his grandchildren, Kristen Mitchem, Katelyn Byers (Owen), Bethany Jones Yoder (John), Nathanael Jones (Jourdan Wehry), Andrew and Paige Garner; and his caregiver Mitch. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
