He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mackey (Garth) and Edith Violet Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his stepdaughters, Lori George (Lesney) of Seattle and Melissa Ola (Lesney) of Mars; and his sons-in-law, Randy George of Seattle and Christian Ola of Mars. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
