He was predeceased by: his parents, John Muska and Ann Grenick Muska. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Conklin Muska; his daughter Jennifer Giesler (Troy) of Butler; his granddaughter Rebecca Lentz (Sam) of Butler; and his great grandchild Logan Lentz.
