He is survived by: his parents, Anthony David Phillips and Amber Jane Riesmeyer of Butler; his siblings, Lennox David Phillips and Emery Ann Phillips; his grandfather Norman Craig Riesmeyer; his great-grandparent Barbara Thomas; his grandparents, Lou Ann Kennedy (John) and David Phillips; his uncle Travis Riesmeyer (Rebecca); his aunts, Sara Murin (Tyler) and Stefanie Kepple; his great-grandparent Norman H. Riesmeyer; and also, Natalie, Mackenzie, Olivia, Jayden, Sofiya, Brentley and Grayson.
