He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Saltsman, Sr. and Letha Saltsman (Saxton); his sisters, Madelyn Lirette, Maxine Putnam, Marlene Lavelle, Mary Jane Chalfant and Margaret Neese; and his nephew Charles "Peanut" Long.
He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Saltsman, III (Candace), Debra Kelley (Richard) and Renovo; and his nephew Mark Eugene Lavelle of North Bend.
