He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Bernard and Mary Ann Moslak (Beroshok); his wife Elizabeth D. Patrick; his siblings, Ann Madole (Spence), Kathleen Meyers (Robert), Florence Lockey (Clements "Tim"), Frances Boron Marrara (Sam), Michael (Edith), John (Genevieve), Joseph (Elizabeth), Ben Moslak, Stephen, Paul and Frank Moslak; and his sister-in-law Mary Moslak.
He is survived by : his children, Mary Beth Stojek (Tom) of Punxsutawney and Thomas A. Moslak, Sr. (Teresa) of Pottstown; his grandchildren, Thomas A. Moslak, Jr. (Leahann) of Mechanicsburg and Katherine Moslak of New York City; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Mason Moslak of Mechanicsburg; his siblings, Mary Rydzik of North Tonawanda and Eugene Moslak of Raleigh; and his sister-in-law Beverly Moslak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
