She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lloyd and Dorothy Bakewell Smith. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ford (Mark) of Richeyville, PA, Cindy Cunningham (Larry), Deanne Berryman (Duncan) of Canonsburg, PA and Jamie Fowkes of Malden, PA; her grandchildren, Allen Berryman (Hollie), Mark Ford II (Bobbi Jo), Alyssa Ford, Jordan Teagarden (Mark Chedgy), Gina Koon (Avery), Bret Cunningham (Maureen) and Brook Cunningham; her great grandchildren, Braylee, Aliana, Hart, Jameson, Jackson, Ayla and Ben; her sister Betty Johns (Tom) of Guyton, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Dale "Pidge" Fowkes and Doris Fowkes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
