He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Woods and Ruth Woods (Weiss); and his brother Robert Woods. He is survived by : his wife Joyce L. Woods of Ridgway; his children, Connie L. Woods of Ridgway and David C. Woods (Bethany) of Erie; his grandsons, Christian D. Woods of Ridgway, Joshua D Woods of Erie and Kaleb T. Woods of Erie; and his sister Linda Yetzer (Ray) of St. Marys. He is also survived by 4 nephews, and 1 niece.
