He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Washburn and Ada L. Washburn (Shovestul); and his siblings, Marshall, Earl, Joe Washburn, Anna Mae Short, Dorothy Dollinger and Ethel Washburn.
He is survived by: his wife Dora E. Washburn of Ridgway; his children, William A. Washburn (Denise) of Ridgway, JoAnn Grazioli (Charles) of Kersey, Mark D. Washburn (JoAnn) of Ridgway and David P. Washburn (Carrie) of Ridgway; his grandchildren, John, Duane, Nicole, Jacob, Shane, Bill, Neve, Phoebe and Theodora; and his siblings, John Owens of Morrisdale, PA and Royetta Goss of Hyde, PA. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
