He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry McMinn and Kathryn McMinn (Himes); his sister Joan Irwin; and his granddaughter Holly McMinn. He is survived by : his wife Virginia M. McMinn of Ridgway; his children, Cara Lea Moore of Ridgway and Ray McMinn (Michele) of Ridgway; his grandchildren, Amanda Balon (Tony), Erin Rutigliano, Meghan Dickant, Diana McMinn and Bryce Bowser; and his siblings, Jack McMinn of Ridgway, Betty Pifer (Jay) of South Carolina and Barbara Matheson (Wayne) of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
