He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde A Mullenix and Helen J. Mullenix (McFadden); and his siblings, Clyde, Daniel, Sandra and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Mullenix (Cox); his sons, Clyde, Charles (Sara) and Matthew Mullenix (Rosie); his siblings, Wayne Mullenix, Sharon Williams and Dee Mullenix; his grandchildren, Daniel, Hayden and Charlotte; and his stepgrandchildren, Shy and Dylan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
