He was predeceased by: his parents, Acey Virgil and Etta Louise Manning (Warner); and his siblings, Olan Manning, Letha Manning Johnson, Ruby Manning Hickox and Blanche Manning Register.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jeannette Underwood; and his children, Carolyn Loveless-Caputo of Brookhaven, PA, Nancy Manning of Aston, PA, Betty Jean Moreland of Belton, TX, Eugene Manning of Waynesboro, PA, Rose Lee Skillern (Joyce) of Temple, TX and Shirley Ann Gainan (Wendy) of Corpus Christi, TX. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
